WATCH: The Rock shows his mom re-made 'Smackdown Room', major house renovation

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson shared a special moment when he revealed a rebuilt room for his mom where she keeps his memorabilia. As he explained in his video’s caption on Instagram, Johnson’s mom keeps a “Smackdown Room” where she houses all of his memorabilia and shows off her pride in her son.

Johnson had custom displays built for her to keep his ever-growing list of trophies and memorabilia from his life, highlighting that the room is her favorite place to show off to guests who visit.

“This is her favorite room to bring guests to and it’s my least favorite,” joked Johnson. “Because the last thing I want to do is stand in a DJ Shrine while people look around as my mom takes them thru at all the stuff I’ve done. No thanks.

“But, truth is, when I’m BY MYSELF, these Smackdown rooms she creates have such positive energy and beautiful mana. Always a good reminder for me to never forget where I came and always be grateful for grind.”

As the video focuses on his mom’s amazing reaction to the room, Johnson pans over the room and shows off some of the additions he’s made to her favorite room of the house. One wall has a giant television mounted in the center and surrounded by several posters of The Rock in his career.

From there, the camera shows a massive trophy case he had built to house trophy plaques and various memorabilia with a large bull statue in the center of the display — a reference to his Brahma Bull nickname. Beside the case is another display where he placed various memorabilia like University of Miami game balls from his football days, movie awards, championship titles and more.

Johnson explained that he left plenty of space for her to add more items or dress it up however she likes — he just wanted to give her a special upgrade to her house that only The Rock can.
