Rutgers at Michigan State odds: Early point spread released, How to Watch

The stage is set for an exciting Big Ten clash in Week 14, with the Rutgers Scarlet Knights traveling to East Lansing to take on the Michigan State Spartans.
Ahead of the showdown, FanDuel Sportsbook has released the early point spread for the showdown, and Michigan State is favored by 2.5 points at the moment. Additionally, the over/under has been set at 46.5 points for the conference battle.
Rutgers and Michigan State don’t have a lengthy history of playing each other, as they’ve only faced off 15 times. Their first showdown came in 1988 during the Scarlet Knights’ first trip to East Lansing, where they won by a score of 17-13.
Last season, Rutgers won a rain-soaked clash between the teams by a score of 27-24. It looked like a game the Spartans could win during their nightmare season, but the Scarlet Knights utilized a second-half comeback to get the win.
Michigan State had a six-game win streak over Rutgers from 2014-2019, with the wildest game coming in 2015. A Spartans team ranked in the top five only won by a touchdown over Rutgers, but it was the final play of the game on offense for the Scarlet Knights, where they spiked it on fourth down, that lived on infamously.

Time will tell who gets the win in Week 14, but it’s always a wild time when Rutgers and Michigan State link up. Both teams would love to end their regular season with a win though.
How to Watch Rutgers at Michigan State
Time: Saturday 11/30 | TBD
Channel: FS1, FuboTV (streaming)
Location: Spartan Stadium – East Lansing, MI
Rutgers is coming off a brutal loss to Illinois, losing on, virtually, the final play of the game after leading 31-30. The 38-31 loss denied them of their seventh win of the season and potentially sneaking into the CFP rankings as teh No. 25 team. Instead, Illinois improved to 8-3 and Rutgers will have to regroup against a rebuilding Michigan State team.
However, the Spartans are favored at home and need a win over the Scarlet Knights to become bowl eligible.
