Florida and Florida State are set to meet in a key non-conference showdown to wrap up the regular season. There’s a lot on the line for at least one team in the contest.

So what do the early odds look like? Well, according to BetMGM, the Gators have opened as a 2.5-point favorite in the game. The over/under has been set at 50.5 points.

The series, which has had some long winning streaks by both sides in the last two decades, has evened up a bit in recent years. Florida won last year’s meeting 31-11 in Tallahassee.

How to watch Florida State at Florida

Time: TBD | November 29
Channel: ESPN2
Location: Ben Hill Griffin Stadium | Gainesville, FL

Both Florida and Florida State are coming off a bye week heading into the annual rivalry game. That’s especially important for the Gators, who have been absolutely ravaged by injuries during the 2025 campaign.

But the obvious storyline for this game is Florida State seeking a sixth win for bowl eligibility. Florida will be looking to play spoiler in the Swamp, though it’s been a while since the team’s last win.

Florida has lost three straight and four of its last five. But despite being blown out against Kentucky, the team has been reasonably competitive against the likes of Georgia and Ole Miss, two quality top-10 teams.

Florida State, on the other hand, has split its last four games, winning both at home but losing both on the road. Perhaps most notably, the Seminoles have lost all four true road games this season; they’ll have to turn that around if they’re hoping to secure a bowl bid.
