Elimination weekend in the NASCAR Cup Series! The Xfinity 500 is going to have great paint schemes for some great racing on Sunday. While the Xfinity Series is getting ready for Halloween with some festive looks, the Cup Series is keeping things a little more formal.

The Xfinity 500 has produced some amazing races in the past. Something about Martinsville and being on the elimination line makes drivers do wild things. This race has produced rivalries, near-fights, and a lot of drama for drivers and fans in the past.

There are new sponsors this weekend. We’ve got different designs on some old favorites. There is a little bit of everything in this batch of paint schemes.

While we aren’t going to have a group of Halloween schemes, it’s still a good group of sponsors and designs. Although I will say, this is the first time I’ve really missed the No. 18 M&M’s car out on the track, if I’m being honest.

Top-5 Xfinity 500 paint schemes

Bubba Wallace – Xfinity Toyota
This is the fifth race in a row where Bubba Wallace is suiting up in a purple car. This is no Grimace car, but it’s still a great scheme. The title sponsor, Xfinity joins for this week on the No. 23 along with a lot of selfies from fans. Those selfies are designed onto the hood of this Toyota Camry TRD. 8/10.

William Byron – Pods Chevy
This announcement was made a couple of weeks back, and it looks great. PODS joins William Byron this weekend as he tries to make the Championship 4. The red and blue is great, it’s a recognizable brand and should look even better down on the track in Martinsville. Great look for the Xfinity 500. 8.5/10.

Tyler Reddick – The Beast Unleashed Toyota
Here’s the reason why I’m adding another Beast Unleashed scheme – they keep tweaking it. None of these cars have been the same. This one comes with more detail throughout. It also features a small sponsorship from NBA 2K24 on the back of the car, just above the rear fender. Reddick is hoping to make the Championship 4 in this car. 8.5/10.

Ricky Stenhouse Jr. – Kroger x Reese’s Chevy
Finally! A Halloween paint scheme. I like this look from Kroger and Reese’s. Ricky Stenhouse Jr. has had underrated schemes all season long. A great Halloween tradition, Reese’s gives us a paint scheme that gets us in the mood for trick-or-treating and other spooky activities. 9/10.

Daniel Suárez – Jockey Outdoors by Luke Byran Chevy
If you’re not watching the race this weekend, I hope that you’re in a tree stand wearing your Jockey Outdoors underwear and waiting for that perfect buck. Daniel Suárez brings Jockey and Luke Bryan back to NASCAR for the Xfinity 500. 9/10.
