Twins getting new twins: Haley, Hanna Cavinder announce breast enhancement surgery

The Cavinder twins (Haley Cavinder and Hanna Cavinder) announced they are having breast enhancement surgery. The former college basketball players and internet personalities went to TikTok on Wednesday to show themselves in robes at a medical facility ahead of their procedure. Hanna joked about Haley having the surgery first because she’s three minutes older.

Earlier in the week, the Cavinder twins teased the decision in another video. The two were at the gym and mouthing along a voiceover that said, “Say goodbye to these little, itty, bitty t***ies, b***hes … because 24 hours from now, I’m gonna have a rack.”

Haley Cavinder and Hanna Cavinder played for Miami during the 2022-23 and 2024-25 seasons. The Cavinder twins spent their first three college basketball seasons at Fresno State and decided not to play during the 2023-24 season to pursue other ventures.

This past season, Haley Cavinder was selected to the All-ACC Second Team after averaging a team-high 18.2 points and 4.7 assists per game. Hanna Cavinder started in all 29 games (as did Haley) and averaged 6.9 points, 3.2 rebounds and 4.2 assists per contest.

Haley Cavinder has been in a relationship with Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson since 2023, and the couple announced their engagement in April of this year. “Honestly, I’m very confident and comfortable with sharing my relationship because Jake was very loud about it,” Haley said in a YouTube Q&A with Hanna in January 2024, per PEOPLE.

Hanna Cavinder was dating Miami Hurricanes quarterback Carson Beck. The pair broke up earlier this year. In April, the Cavinder twins spoke to Kai Trump and did not hold back when talking about Beck.

“Nobody likes him! And he wouldn’t talk to people,” Hanna said when Trump asked if Beck had any friends, per Athlon Sports. He’s like, he wanted people to stop and like take a picture. He would like flip off people in the bar and I’d be embarrassed. Like I’m sorry. Like I’d be like very embarrassed and I was like, oh my god, how rude.”
