Even with practice getting underway across the NFL, there is still plenty of star power out on the free agent market. One of the top ones is wide receiver Will Fuller, who spent last season with Miami Dolphins but only appeared in three games. Now, per a report, Fuller is being looked at across the league.

According to Aaron Wilson of PFN Football, Fuller is being “monitored by multiple NFL teams” as they progress throughout training camp. However, if the wide receiver is going to sign for a team, it is not expected to be in the immediate future. Fuller will instead wait until closer to the season.

“Veteran free agent wide receiver Will Fuller is being monitored by multiple NFL teams, per league sources, but is regarded as more likely to join a team later in preseason,” Wilson said.

While there were no teams specifically mentioned, Fuller would bring a veteran presence to any NFL offense. Before signing with the Dolphins, he spent five seasons with the Houston Texans where he was originally a first-round pick in the 2016 NFL Draft.

Fuller has played in 55 career games, making 52 starts. The wide receiver has caught 213 passes for 3,136 yards and 24 touchdowns — solid production over a six-year career. Additionally, Fuller has been good for nearly 10 yards per target, coming in at 9.2.

More on Will Fuller

Cleveland has been a place Fuller is linked to, reuniting with his former quarterback Deshaun Watson. The two played together while in Houston and reports back in March stated the wide receiver was interested in heading to the AFC North franchise. However, now that Watson has been suspended for six games, things could change from Fuller’s perspective.

Somebody such as Dallas could be linked with the veteran now, especially after seeing James Washington going down with a foot injury during Monday’s practice. Baltimore has been mentioned as well, a destination that would keep the wide receiver in the AFC.

Coming out of high school, Fuller was ranked just a three-star prospect by the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting services. He played his college football at Notre Dame where he worked his way to being a first-round pick.
