Oregon State Beavers In The NFL
Right Tackle, 1st String – Taliese Fuaga – New Orleans Saints
In New Orleans’ 23-3 loss to Tampa Bay, Fuaga started at right tackle and played a season-high 72 snaps.
Punter – Johnny Hekker – Tennessee Titans
In Tennessee’s 38-14 loss to the Colts, Hekker was busy, punting five times for 215 yards. He averaged 43 yards per punt, had one touchback, landed one inside the ’20, and had a long punt of 49 yards. He’s punted for the 5th-most yards this season (1,738) and is fourth in punts inside the ’20 with 12.
Left Guard, 1st String – Isaac Seumalo – Pittsburgh Steelers
In Pittsburgh’s 35-25 loss to Green Bay, Seumalo started at left guard and played 35 snaps before leaving with a pectoral injury. It’s unclear how long Seumalo will be out, but it doesn’t appear to be a season-ender from reports. We’ll be keeping tabs.
Wide Receiver / 1st String KR/PR – Anthony Gould – Indianapolis Colts
In Indianapolis’ 38-14 win over the Titans, Gould reverted to a role primarily on special teams, seeing three offensive snaps and seven on special teams. He returned two kicks for 42 yards and two punts for 33 yards. He wasn’t targeted in the passing game.
Linebacker, 1st String – Omar Speights – Los Angeles Rams
Speights and the Rams were idle this week.
Cornerback, 2nd String – Rejzohn Wright – New Orleans Saints
Wright didn’t see action in New Orleans’ 23-3 loss to Tampa Bay.
Left Guard, 1st String – Blake Brandel – Minnesota Vikings
With the Vikings still dealing with offensive line injuries, Brandel continues to be a go-to reserve. After making his first start of the season in week four at left guard, Brandel has been Minnesota’s starting center for the last three contests, playing 49 snaps in the 37-10 loss to the Chargers.
Cornerback, Nickelback 1st String – Alex Austin – New England Patriots
In New England’s 32-13 win over Cleveland, Austin saw action on 12 special teams snaps, finishing with one tackle.
Cornerback, 1st String – Nahshon Wright – Chicago Bears
In Chicago’s 30-16 loss to Baltimore, Wright started at cornerback and played 62 snaps. He finished with a team-high nine tackles and one pass breakup.
Wide Receiver, 2nd String – Brandin Cooks – New Orleans Saints
In New Orleans’ 23-3 loss to Tampa Bay, Cooks came off the bench and played 49 snaps. He caught three of his four targets for 22 yards. Cooks has 17 catches for 149 yards this season and there have been rumors he could be a potential trade target for a contending squad.
Safety, 2nd String – Kitan Oladapo – Green Bay Packers
Oladapo saw action on 9 special teams plays in Green Bay’s 35-25 win over the Steelers.
Tight End, 2nd String – Luke Musgrave – Green Bay Packers
In Green Bay’s 35-25 win over the Steelers, Musgrave played 12 snaps on offense, finishing with one catch (his only target) for five yards. He also played one special teams snap.
Tight End, 3rd String – Teagan Quitoriano – Atlanta Falcons
In Atlanta’s 34-10 loss to the Dolphins, Quitoriano played three snaps on offense and 15 on special teams.
DB Jordan Poyer – Buffalo Bills
After starting the year on the Bills’ practice squad, in the wake of injuries, Poyer was elevated to the full roster and started at free safety in the Bills’ 40-9 win over the Panthers. He finished with five tackles and could continue to see an extended role with his familiarity with the Bills’ system.
Practice Squads
DL Kyle Peko – Los Angeles Chargers
The newest Beaver to sign a practice squad contract, Peko, was recently signed to the Chargers’ practice squad. Peko has been in the NFL since 2015 and was most recently with the New England Patriots.
OL Gerad Lichtenhan – Baltimore Ravens
Playing his lone season for Oregon State in 2024 and starting every game at left tackle, Lichtenhan has signed on with the Ravens’ practice squad.
OG Joshua Gray – Atlanta Falcons
Oregon State’s all-time starts leader, Gray, has signed with the Atlanta Falcons after a standout career with the Beavers.
DB Jaden Robinson – Denver Broncos
After tallying 38 tackles for Oregon State in his final collegiate season in 2024, Robinson has signed with the Broncos’ practice squad.
WR Isaiah Hodgins – Pittsburgh Steelers
The most recent Beaver addition to an NFL roster, Hodgins joined Pittsburgh’s practice squad last week. He’ll be a seasoned and big target for QB Aaron Rodgers should an injury occur and he be called up.
