Atherton 4-star S Garyon Hobbs blowing up, could stay close to home

The Derby City is home to two of the top five players in Kentucky's 2027 high school football class. Trinity's top-150 corner Allen Evans is one of the top prizes of the class and a Louisville target, but so is Atherton safety Garyon Hobbs. The 6-foot, 200-pound defensive back is ranked by Rivals as the No. 344 overall prospect and No. 35 safety in the class. He is expected to rise in those rankings over the course of his junior season.
