We’re rapidly approaching the next dead period in the 2026 college basketball recruiting cycle, but July was a month full of rumors, evaluations, and risers.  The picture is starting to become clearer for head coach Pat Kelsey and Louisville as the Cardinals are still searching for their first commitment, but that might just be a matter of time.  Here are recent updates on the Cards top targets and offers.
