Three days.  Fall camp and scrimmages are over with, and Louisville is in the midst of its game-week prep as it prepares for the season-opening game against in-state foe Eastern Kentucky.  So, with three days until Louisville football takes the field for the first time in the 2025 season, here are three things to keep your eye on as the Cardinals face real competition.  And sure, the Colonels (U of L’s only FCS opponent on the schedule) don’t have the makeup of an AP exam, but we’ll still learn something from the Cards taking on an actual opponent. Plus, next Friday’s date with James Madison will put Louisville on others’ “upset watch lists” over the course of the week.
