California center Josh Irving lands Kentucky offer
Mark Pope made an interesting recruiting move this week when he and his staff extended an offer to Josh Irving, a four-star center from Pasadena, Calif., in the Class of 2026.
The 6’11, 200-pound center has a 94 rating on Rivals. Kansas, San Diego State, Louisville, Texas A&M, Cincinnati, Washington, and USC are among the other schools that have offered.
Irving helped Team CPSA to the Puma Pro16 17u championship recently. Many of his offers have come in the last few weeks, so Irving’s stock is trending in the right direction.
Irving is taking a slow approach to the recruiting process and it doesn’t seem like he will be making too many moves any time soon.
