Kentucky came out of the gate strong, blowing open running lanes and opening an early lead.

Then came the second quarter when Kentucky turned it over or turned it over on downs four consecutive times resulting in 19 points for the Gamecocks. That alone was the difference in the first half.

LaNorris Sellers created plenty of big plays and was the most talented player on the field.
