SEC Media Days: "Fourth and 1 mentality" for Kentucky
After a down year that saw Kentucky fail to reach the postseason for the first time in almost a decade, Mark Stoops had to “own it” at the SEC Media Days main podium on Thursday.
Nobody around Lexington is happy with how the last year on the field, but Stoops brought in 50 new players to turn over the roster in the hopes of finding a fix.
Stoops told SEC reporters that Kentucky has a “Fourth and 1” mentality looking ahead to a daunting schedule.
