Iowa State Women's Basketball Announces 2025-26 Big 12 Schedule
Iowa State’s women’s basketball team will open Big 12 play Dec. 21 at home against Kansas, the conference announced Monday. The Cyclones will face Cincinnati, Kansas State and Oklahoma State twice — both home and away — and play each remaining Big 12 opponent once in the 2025-26 season.
Opponents were selected to balance the schedule for travel and competitiveness, according to the league.
Iowa State wraps up regular-season conference play March 1 at Kansas State and will head to Kansas City’s T-Mobile Center for the Big 12 postseason tournament March 4-8/9.
Iowa State finished seventh in Big 12 regular-season play last year with a 12-6 record. The Cyclones defeated No. 14 Kansas State 85-63 on Senior Day and earned a bye into the second round of the conference championship.
Addy Brown led the Cyclones with 41 points in the win over No. 15 seed Arizona State, just one shy of the program record and three points away from the tournament record.
