Blue Devils could be missing starting CB at Clemson

Duke is coming out of its second off week with only nine players listed on the initial availability report. Most of them are not surprises and have appeared on most reports throughout the season.
Kimari Robinson is the exception.
Duke could be without Robinson, who’s started six of seven games at cornerback this season. He’s listed as questionable to play Saturday against Clemson. The redshirt sophomore has played the fourth-most snaps (354) of any Blue Devils defensive player.
Robinson is something of a surprise addition to the injury report. He played all 58 snaps of Duke’s last game, the 27-18 loss to Georgia Tech on Oct. 18.
If Robinson can’t play against the Tigers, it’s most likely going to be redshirt freshman Landan Callahan stepping into the starting alignment. He has played what Robinson’s role last season, coming onto the field at cornerback when Chandler Rivers slides to the nickel position. Callahan has played 213 snaps this year.
Otherwise, Duke’s players on its injury report have all been previously reported and appeared in the “out” category for most, if not all, of the season. Safety Terry Moore is still working his way back from the torn ACL in last year’s Gator Bowl. Linebacker Nick Morris Jr. was lost for the season in September.
Of note because he doesn’t appear on the list is tight end Tony Boggs. He’s a valuable run-blocker and the Blue Devils missed him in short-yardage situations against GT.
On the Clemson side of things
There isn’t much mystery or guesswork to be done.
Quarterback Cade Klubnik carries a probable designation into this game. He missed Clemson’s last game, a 35-24 home loss to SMU on Oct. 18, with a sprained ankle suffered in the previous week.
Klubnik is the only Tiger listed as something other than “out.”
Wide receiver Bryant Wesco Jr. is out for the season with a back injury.
