Houston moves to No. 1 in Week 2 AP Poll

The first week of college basketball has come and gone. We’ve had several thrilling games, incredible performances and buzzer beaters — really everything you could ask for in the first week of the season.
But how do the rankings shape up now that basketball has actually been played? The AP Poll dropped on Monday. Here are the best teams in the country per media across the country:

Nobody has moved in or out of the poll. We’ll have some big time ranked-on-ranked games this week including Kentucky-Louisville (Tuesday), Texas Tech-Illinois (Tuesday), Creighton-Gonzaga (Tuesday), Purdue-Alabama (Thursday), Arizona-UCLA (Friday), BYU-UConn (Saturday) and Houston-Auburn (Sunday).
