Yes, this year’s team lost their star running back to the transfer portal. However, in our opinion and the the opinion of many others, the running back room is stacked.

And here are two of the players that bring talent and depth …

… One is a seasoned veteran and the other is an up and coming player … but both of these running backs could be very important to the 2026 ground game for the Army Black Knights.

You have senior Hayden Reed (6’ 0’’, 220 lbs) and sophomore Briggs Bartosh (5’ 10’’, 213 lbs) … both took following Thursday’s practice session to chat with GoBlackKnights.com Podcast Host & Sr. Football Analyst, Joe Iacono.
