Cam Little keeps making history in second NFL season
Arkansas Razorbacks great Cam Little continues to make history in just his second year of playing at football’s highest level.
Little’s most recent feat was becoming the the youngest player in NFL history to convert 50 field goals (22 years, 119 days) in the Jacksonville Jaguars’ 48-20 win over the New York Jets on Sunday.
The Razorbacks’ all-time most accurate kicker also set the record for the longest made field goal in NFL history back in November from 68 yards. Though it did not count in the NFL record book, Little also nailed a 70-yarder during the preseason.
Both of Little’s game-worn jerseys from the 68 and 70-yarders are now on display at the NFL Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio.
Little and the Jaguars currently lead the race in the AFC South with three weeks remaining in the NFL regular season. In 2025 Little has converted 23 of 27 (85.2%) field goal attempts with his record long of 68, as well as 39 of 40 on extra point attempts.
