EA Sports reveals top-rated Hogs in College Football 26
The new College Football 26 video game is days away from release, and the top-rated Razorbacks in the game were released on Tuesday.
According to a graphic released from the Arkansas Football X account, there’s only one player that is rated higher than 90, and that is offensive lineman Fernando Carmona Jr.
Carmona was given a 92 overall rating. He is at Arkansas for his second season and is moving to the interior of the offensive line after playing all last season at left tackle.
The other Hogs that are featured on the graphic are wide receiver O’Mega Blake (87 overall) and quarterback Taylen Green (86 overall).
A second graphic shows 13 Razorbacks who are listed at 83 and 82 overall. Running back Braylen Russell, defensive end Phillip Lee, cornerback Jaheim Singletary, wide receiver/punt returner Kam Shanks and running back Mike Washington are rated at 83.
The 82 overall players are defensive back Larry Worth III, defensive back Jordan Young, cornerback Kani Walker, wide receiver Raylen Sharpe, defensive tackle Cam Ball, punter Devin Bale, cornerback Selman Bridges and defensive lineman Quincy Rhodes Jr.
Where returning Hogs were rated last year
Most of the players featured in the post are returners, with the lone transfers being Lee, Shanks, Washington, Young, Walker and Sharpe.
Some of those returners saw a jump in their overall rating from the last game. Green went from 80 overall to 86, while Carmona saw a huge jump from 79 overall to 92.
Russell is up 13 points overall from 70 last year to 83 this year. Singletary is up three from 80 to 83, Bridges is up eight from 74 to 82 and Rhodes is up from 76 to 82.
Not listed in last year’s game at release was Worth and Devin Bale. Ball is in both games, but did not see a ratings boost as he was at 82 last year, which is where he is this year.
EA Sports College Football 26 release date
The new College Football 26 video game will release officially on July 10, but people who pre-order the Deluxe Edition will have access to the game on July 7.
The game is available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
