Georgia Tech fans have been wondering when football recruiting would heat up for the Yellow Jackets. Now, a month from National Signing Day, the picture of key targets and flips is starting to become clearer. Tech sits at 48th in the current Rivals rankings, but, as last year when the Jackets signed a top-25 class, the star power is coming late in the cycle.
