Arbuckle, Sooners fully dialed in on their 2027 quarterback target

No program in the nation boasts as many commits in the 2027 cycle as Oklahoma. The Sooners are on an early heater, as they've notched 11 early pledges from some of the elite prospects in the 2027 class. However, they've yet to land their quarterback. Oklahoma made a push for Peyton Houston throughout the spring and summer, but when the Shreveport (La.) native chose to stay within state lines and play at LSU, the Sooner staff stood pat for a couple of months before pivoting.
