What are the odds that Oklahoma gets public commitments from the Sooner State's top two 2027 prospects — both offensive linemen — within minutes? Obviously, Thursday's announcements from elite linemen Cooper Hackett and Kaeden Penny were coordinated. That's the only logical conclusion. Hackett and Penny moved in tandem with one another in order to maximize the Sooners' recruiting momentum. You'd certainly think that. But in reality, Hackett and Penny made their decisions on completely independent timelines. Those timelines just happened to line up in a truly serendipitous occasion of coincidence for Oklahoma.
