After a phenomenal 2025 regular season, Vanderbilt Quarterback Diego Pavia and his number one target, Tight End Eli Stowers, have received All-SEC first-team honors as voted on by coaches. If my research is correct, this is the first time multiple Vanderbilt players have received All-SEC first team honors since WR Jordan Matthews and S Kenny Ladler were honored after the 2013 season. This is also the first time Vanderbilt has had multiple offensive players honored since Jay Cutler and Earl Bennett were selected in 2005.

Diego Pavia led the SEC in total yards, accounting for 4,018 yards from scrimmage and 36 total touchdowns. Pavia accumulated 3,192 yards through the air, 3rd in the SEC, and ran for 826 yards, 8th in the SEC among all players and 1st among quarterbacks. Pavia also earned the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award a few days ago and has been named a finalist for the Heisman trophy.

Eli Stowers finished 9th in the SEC in total receiving yards, accounting for 769 and 4 touchdowns. Stowers finished far and away first among Tight ends in receiving yardage, the next highest being Arkansas TE Rohan Jones with 519 receiving yards. Stowers also finished tied for 6th among all SEC pass catchers in receptions with 62, far and away first among tight ends with no other Tight End accounting for more than 40 catches.

Deserved recognition for two outstanding players.
