The American Conference released its 2026 football schedule pairings this week, giving Navy an early look at next season’s conference slate.

The Midshipmen will host Memphis, North Texas, Temple, and Tulsa at Navy–Marine Corps Memorial Stadium, while traveling to UAB, Charlotte, Florida Atlantic, and UTSA.

It will be the second year of the league’s current scheduling model, which keeps the single-division format and eight-game conference schedule. The plan is designed for balance and variety, with no repeat home or road matchups from 2025 to 2026, no skipped opponents in consecutive years, and at least one road game in both the Eastern and Central time zones for every team.

Temple, as the Mids’ designated permanent rival, remains on Navy’s schedule. The Mids will also continue their streak of facing Memphis every year since joining the conference. Each program also plays at least one road game in Texas every two years. Navy will check that box with its first-ever trip to San Antonio to face UTSA.

The full 2026 schedule will be released in February.
