Memphis-Arkansas picked up by ABC

The Memphis–Arkansas game on September 20 will be nationally televised on ABC at 11 a.m. CST. Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium will be the place to be making it’s first appearance on ABC since the Tigers defeated UCF 50-49 on ABC on Oct. 17, 2020.
It’ll be the last out-of-conference game for the Tigers this year before they open up conference play at Florida Atlantic.
This will be the first meeting between Memphis-Arkansas since Oct. 10, 1998.

Oct 17th- The Tigers had a thrilling 37-24 win over #13 Ole Miss.
2016
Nov 25th- The Tigers beat #18 Houston 48-44.
2017
Sept 16th- Memphis defeated #25 UCLA 48-45.
2018
Oct 13th- Memphis lost to #9 UCF 31-30.
Nov 23rd- The Tigers beat Houston 52-31.
2019
Aug 31st- Memphis opened the season with a 15-10 win over Ole Miss
Nov 2nd- The Tigers beat #15 SMU 54-48 on homecoming day.
Nov 29th- Memphis beat #18 Cincinnati 34-24.
Dec 7th- The very next week Memphis beat #21 Cincinnati 29-24 in the AAC Championship game.
2020
Oct 17th- Memphis beat UCF 50-49.
