While Georgia is certainly reaping the rewards of the transfer portal this season, see Zachariah Branch for example, the Bulldogs have their fair share of transfers who left Athens to find success elsewhere.

There are 45 former Bulldogs still on rosters in college football this season, with 21 of those being from the offensive side of the ball.

Here is how Georgia’s offensive transfers have fared this season:

Quarterbacks

Carson Beck, Miami: Since transferring to the Hurricanes, Beck has started in all seven games. He’s thrown for 1,673 yards and 12 touchdowns with seven interceptions while completing 73.3 percent of his passes.

He has led No. 10 Miami to a 6-1 start, with ranked wins over Notre Dame and Florida State among his best performances. Beck threw for 446 yards and six touchdowns in those games with no interceptions. Meanwhile, his worst performance came in a 24-21 loss to Louisville, where he tossed four interceptions.

Jaden Rashada, Sacramento State: The former four-star quarterback has played in six games for the Hornets, with just two of those being starts. He’s thrown for 264 yards with a touchdown and an interception while completing 40.5 percent of his passes.

Running Backs

Andrew Paul, Jacksonville State: The 2024 transfer has played in just four games this season for the Gamecocks. Paul has rushed for 97 yards and two touchdowns on 19 carries.

Branson Robinson, Georgia State: After an injury-riddled spell in Athens, Robinson has been healthy for the Panthers. The redshirt junior has rushed for 111 yards on 35 carries while playing in eight games for Georgia State thus far. He’s also recorded 22 yards on five receptions as a receiver.

Wide Receivers

Anthony Evans III, Mississippi State: After mostly shining as a special teams returner at Georgia, Evans is now the Bulldogs’ second-leading receiver. He’s totaled 542 yards and two touchdowns on 47 receptions for Mississippi State while picking up another 132 yards on punt return.

CJ Smith, Memphis: After transferring from Georgia to Purdue in 2024, he left for Memphis last offseason. Despite playing in seven games, he’s yet to record a reception this season.

De’Nylon Morrissette, Purdue: After recording 106 yards and two touchdowns on 11 catches while playing in 11 games last season, Morrissette has yet to play for the Boilermakers this season due to injury.

Michael Jackson III, Purdue: The former USC transfer played just one season in Athens before transferring again last offseason. He’s played in all eight games thus far for Purdue, while totaling a team-best 398 yards and a touchdown on 44 receptions.

Nitro Tuggle, Purdue: After playing in just two games for Georgia as a freshman, Tuggle is only behind Jackson in receiving yards for Purdue. He has 310 yards and four touchdowns on 19 receptions.

Tyler Williams, South Florida: He transferred from Minnesota to USF this past offseason and has yet to play this season

RaRa Thomas, Troy: After not playing last season following his dismissal from Georgia, Thomas is third in receiving for Troy. He has 276 yards and three touchdowns on 18 receptions in seven games.

Tight End

Arik Gilbert, Savannah State: The former five-star transferred out of Nebraska this past offseason for Savannah State, where he has 384 yards and three touchdowns on 37 yards.

Brett Seither, Georgia Tech: He’s played in seven games for the Yellow Jackets so far, totaling 59 yards on three receptions.

Offensive Line:

Austin Blaske, UNC: Has appeared in four games for the Tarheels this season, after starting all 12 a year ago.

Aliou Bah, Maryland: Has started in every game for the Terrapins since transferring from Georgia following the 2023 season.

Cameron Kinnie, UCF: Left Georgia following the 2021 season and has seen action in 25 games for the Golden Knights over four seasons. Seven of those games have come this season.

Chad Lindberg, UNC: After transferring to the Tarheels from Rice this offseason, Lindberg has played in seven games this season.

Griffin Scroggs, Appalachian State: The Grayson product has played in 18 games for over two seasons for the Mountaineers. He’s played in seven games so far this season.

Jacob Hood, Nicholls State: After two seasons at Nebraska, Hood has yet to play for Nicholls State this season.

Joshua Miller, Syracuse: After playing in one game last year, Miller has played in six games for the Orange.

Marques Easley, Purdue: The redshirt freshman has yet to play in a game for the Boilermakers this season.
