Jarmaine Mitchell is trading in his maroon and white for red and black.

The junior college offensive tackle flipped from Mississippi State to Georgia on Friday morning. Mitchell, a Louisiana native, is the 30th commit in Georgia’s 2026 class.

Mitchell has been no stranger to Athens so far this season. He visited the Bulldogs for the Alabama game in September and then officially visited Georgia for the Ole Miss game the weekend of October 18.

Mitchell joins what is already a deep and talented offensive line class for Georgia.

The Bulldogs now have a pair of offensive tackles in the class, with Mitchell joining Ekene Ogboko. The trio of Zykie Helton, Graham Houston, and Zachary Lewis all project to play on the interior of the offensive line.

Georgia is also in pursuit of former Kentucky offensive line commit Tyreek Jemison, who has an official visit set to Georgia next month.
