2024 Pitcher Rankings: May
Each month of the Division I season, we’ll update our position power rankings to track the best players at each position. Our power rankings are determined by offensive and defensive statistics, the eye test on the field, strength of schedule and the player’s value to their team’s success.
Stanford’s NiJaree Canady remains atop the stars in the circle. Tennessee’s Payton Gotshall rises to the second spot and her duo Karlyn Pickens is fourth as the Lady Vols pair have been lights out all season.
Morgan Leinstock makes her first appearance on the power rankings as she’s help guide Arkansas into the Top 10 of the poll. Taylor Tinsley joins as well as she’s shown tremendous growth throughout the season and helps to have been on the better side of two losses for Canady.
