Each month of the Division I season, we’ll update our position power rankings to track the best players at each position. Our power rankings are determined by offensive and defensive statistics, the eye test on the field, strength of schedule and the player’s value to their team’s success.

Wichita State’s CC Wong qualifies under the utility umbrella and has moved into the top spot. Wong sits in the top 10 in batting average nationally. The sunshine sluggers Florida’s Reagan Walsh and Florida State’s Kalei Harding still are shining.

A trio of Longhorns; Katie Stewart, Mia Scott and Joley Mitchell all make the cut.
