Oregon walks off Stanford, Ducks set to host Supers

Oregon and Stanford, the two former Pac-12 foes, traded blows till the very end. Ultimately, the Ducks came out on top as Dezianna Patmon crushed a three-run walk-off home run in the 10-7 win to move Oregon to the Super Regional round as they will host Liberty next week.
After Emma Cox dropped a pop-up that would’ve been the third out of the first, Joie Economides smashed a grand slam.

The two teams kept trading home runs. Oregon third baseman Katie Flannery hit a three-run homer to cut the Stanford lead to one. However, Economides hit another blast in the third to match Flannery. Cox redeemed herself with a two-run homer to pull Oregon within two.
Oregon scored a run on a wild pitch in the fifth. Patmon hit a leadoff triple in the sixth. Zoe Prystajko nearly got out of the jam after striking out back-to-back hitters. Kai Luschar placed a perfect slap that scored the tying run and Prystajko had no play.
