Four-star offensive tackle Wilson Zierer has committed to Auburn.

Zierer, who attends Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School in Georgia, announced his decision Thursday on social media. He chose Auburn over Alabama and Florida State, among many others.

“All three schools showed me how they could be the perfect fit (for me),” Zierer told Rivals. “It just came down to me loving Auburn the most.”

Zierer is very familiar with Auburn. His older brother, Killian, played offensive tackle for the Tigers from 2020-2022. The younger Zierer has visited the Plains many times, including four this calendar year.

Zierer visited Auburn in March, twice in April and returned in May for an official visit.

“My brother played there, and that is a little factor for me with Auburn,” he said. “But this is definitely more my decision. With Auburn, I love how coach (Jake) Thornton is as a person and how we can talk about anything. The kid in me likes Auburn, because I hoped to play there.”

And now he will.

Rivals ranks Zierer a four-star recruit, the No. 237 overall recruit in the country and No. 24 offensive tackle.

Zierer is the tenth commitment in Auburn’s 2026 class and third offensive lineman, joining Nikau Hepi and Parker Pritchett.
