AUBURN — Auburn completely dominated Arkansas in nearly every phase of the game over the weekend. Defensively, the Tigers had one of their most complete games. The weekly awards reflect that.

Edge rusher Jalen McLeod won Defensive player of the week and nickel Keionte Scott won Special Teams player of the week for their efforts.

McLeod is also represented on the Pro Football Focus (PFF) College Football Team of the Week. Auburn corner DJ James also made the PFF team of the week as the “Flex” option.

McLeod finished the game as the leading tackler with 9 total tackles, 4 tackles for loss, 3 sacks, and a forced fumble. James finished the game with 2 tackles and 3 pass breakups. He did not have a pass completed while he was in coverage. Scott had a punt return for a touchdown while adding 3 tackles on defense.

The Tigers have had SEC players of the week four different weeks during the season.
