Auburn pregame updates

6:15 pm – the team enters the locker room and the band takes the field — that’s it until the game starts.
6:10 pm – T.J. Finley just threw a dime to Koy Moore to end warmups, probably a 45-yard pass to the corner of the endzone on the money.

5:47 pm – Jeff Schmedding says SJSU puts pressure on the defense, pass-first team, but can’t sleep on the run — multiple personnel and multiple formations
5:44 pm – Koy Moore will start at wide receiver ahead of Malcolm Johnson Jr. tonight — Johnson Jr. is dressed out, but not going through warmups
5:40 pm – Eric Kiesau is talking about the SJSU defensive line, says that group is the best facet of the defense — the Spartans play a 3-4 and will drop 8 in coverage at times
5:38 pm – Pritchett, Hunter, Moore and Alston are taking the warmups at kickoff return, while Scott, Johnson, Worsham, Dawson and Fair are taking the warmups at punt return
5:22 pm – Auburn radio is talking about the Tigers’ offense getting the passing game and receivers more involved. That’s something we talked about in The 3-2-1 earlier in the week. A rhythm needs to be established.
5:15 pm – Skill players are going through dynamic warmups. Everyone looks present and accounted for as they head back into the locker room.
Tonight’s game will recognize Hometown Heroes and First Responders. Here’s a message from former Auburn receiver Sammie Coates, who became an Auburn City police officer last year.
