Florida players announced for SEC Tip-Off ’26 on Oct. 15

GAINESVILLE, Fla. — The junior trio of Rueben Chinyelu, Alex Condon and Thomas Haugh will represent the UF men’s basketball team at SEC Tip-Off ’26 with head coach Todd Golden. The Florida Gators take the stage on Oct. 15 in Birmingham, Ala.
Portions of the two-day event will be aired on SEC Network. The UF women’s basketball team also appears at SEC Tipoff ’26 next Wednesday. Head coach Kelly Rae Finley will be joined by Laila Reynolds, Me’Arah O’Neal and Liv McGill.
Chinyelu, Condon and Haugh were Florida’s three leading rebounders from last year’s national title squad and are the team’s top three returning scorers. All three players decided to return to UF after considering the 2025 NBA Draft.
Condon averaged 10.6 points and a team-high 7.5 rebounds per game and led the Gators with 49 blocked shots to earn All-SEC honors.
