Florida Gators RB ruled out for Georgia, another player cleared
The Florida Gators issued an updated availability report on Thursday night along with Georgia. It’s the second of four injury reports that will be released before the Gators (4-3, 2-2 SEC) face the No. 2 Bulldogs (6-1, 4-1 SEC) in Jacksonville on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. on ABC.
UF had two changes on Thursday’s report, most notably at the running back position. Sophomore Treyaun Webb is listed as out for the game after not appearing on this week’s initial availability report on Wednesday. Webb has missed the last three games with an injury.
Starting running back Montrell Johnson Jr. is still listed as questionable and along with right guard Dameion George Jr., who has started all seven games this year. Johnson missed the Kentucky game with a knee injury but has practiced this week, according to multiple sources.
One Florida player who was removed from Thursday availability report is linebacker RJ Moten. He missed the Kentucky game with an injury and was listed as questionable on Wednesday, but now he’s been cleared for Georgia.
The Gators will have a total of 10 players out on Saturday, including six starters. One player joined Georgia’s availability report on Thursday night as wide receiver Anthony Evans III has been ruled out for the game.
