Gators in the NFL: Week Four

Not only did the Florida Gators win on Sunday, but a number of former Gators made big plays throughout week four of the NFL season.

Here’s a look at all of the UF players’ performances in the league from this past weekend:

Arizona Cardinals

DJ Humphries – Humphries started at left tackle on Sunday for the Cardinals in their 26-16 win over Carolina. 

Marco Wilson – Wilson finished with two total tackles in the win.

Atlanta Falcons

Kyle Pitts – the 2020 Mackey Award winner finished with one reception for 25 yards in Atlanta’s 23-20 win over the Browns.

Feleipe Franks did not record any stats on Sunday.

Baltimore Ravens

Demarcus Robinson – In game four with the Ravens, Robinson caught two passes for 10 yards in the loss to the Bills.

David Sharpe made his first appearance of the season on the offensive line for the Ravens on Sunday.

Jeremiah Moon recorded no stats on Sunday.

Buffalo Bills

Kaiir Elam – the rookie finished with four total tackles in the Bills’ 23-20 victory over the Ravens.

Carolina Panthers

CJ Henderson – the 2020 top 10 pick had four total tackles in the Panthers’ loss to the Cardinals.

Eddy Piñeiro – Piñeiro hit his lone extra point attempt and a season-long field goal of 54 yards.

Cincinnati Bengals

Evan McPherson – McPherson went two-for-two on his field goals and hit all three of his extra point attempts in the Bengals’ 27-15 win over the Dolphins on Thursday.

Zach Carter – the rookie finished with one total tackle on Thursday.

Cleveland Browns

Taven Bryan – the 2018 first round draft pick was inactive on Sunday with a hamstring injury when the Browns fell to the Falcons.

Dallas Cowboys

Dante Fowler Jr. – the veteran finished with two total tackles and a sack in the Cowboys’ 25-10 win over Washington.

Malik Davis – Davis did not record any stats on Sunday.

Denver Broncos

Tyrie Cleveland recorded no stats in the Broncos’ loss to the Raiders.

Detroit Lions

Alex Anzalone – Anzalone recorded six total tackles in the Lions’ 48-45 loss to Seattle.

Jarrad Davis did not record any stats on Sunday.

Green Bay Packers

TJ Slaton – Slaton recorded one total tackle in the Packers’ 27-24 win over the Patriots.

Houston Texans

Jonathan Greenard – Greenard recorded two total tackles and a run stuff in the Texans’ 34-24 loss to the Chargers.

Dameon Pierce – the rookie running back carried the ball 16 times for 131 yards and a touchdown. He also caught the ball six times for 8 yards.

Jacksonville Jaguars

Jawaan Taylor – Taylor made another start for the Jaguars on Sunday in their loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.

Kansas City Chiefs

Tommy Townsend – Townsend punted the ball one time for 43 yards in Sunday night’s win over the Bucs.

Carlos Dunlap recorded no stats on Sunday night.

Los Angeles Rams

Brandon Powell – Powell had one punt return for 11 yards in Monday night’s loss to the 49ers.

Van Jefferson recorded no stats in the Rams’ loss as he continues to recover from knee surgery.

Miami Dolphins

Freddie Swain recorded no stats in the Dolphins’ loss to the Bengals.

Minnesota Vikings

Jonathan Bullard – Bullard recorded one total tackle in the Vikings’ 28-25 win over the Saints.

New England Patriots

Trent Brown started again at left tackle for the Patriots in their loss to Green Bay.

New Orleans Saints

Marcus Maye was inactive in the Saints’ loss to the Vikings with a ribs injury.

New York Giants

Kadarius Toney was inactive when the Giants took down the Bears with a hamstring injury.

New York Jets

Marcell Harris – Harris finished with seven total tackles in the Jets’ 24-20 win over the Steelers.

Philadelphia Eagles

CJ Gardner-Johnson – the recent Eagles addition recorded two total tackles in their win over the Jaguars.

Seattle Seahawks 

Jabari Zuniga recorded no stats in the Seahawks’ victory over Detroit.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Keanu Neal – Neal had six total tackles in the Bucs’ loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.

Kyle Trask and Fred Johnson recorded no stats on Sunday night.

Washington Commanders 

Jon Bostic recorded no stats in the Commanders’ loss to the Cowboys.
