Meet the Florida Gators recruiting class ... so far

Four weeks ago, the Florida Gators had one commitment and sat outside the top 75 in the On3 recruiting team rankings. But today, UF’s class is 23rd in the country and Bill Napier’s program has some momentum entering its final big official visit weekend of the summer. Below is a look at the current Gators commit list. Florida has seven verbals, meaning it still has roughly two-thirds of its recruiting class to fill out.

Justin Williams, WR, Gainesville (Fla.) Buchholz
Commitment date: 6/08/25
On3 Industry Rankings: No. 27 WR, No. 188 overall, No. 24 in Florida
Height/Weight: 5-foot-11, 190
Key Stats: Had 1,000-plus yards receiving and 1,000-plus yards rushing last season, becoming the first player in the state of Florida to accomplish that since Devin Hester in 2002. 
411: Also a standout baseball player. Chose UF over FSU, Indiana and Kentucky.

Kaiden Hall, S, Milton (Fla.)
Commitment date: 6/03/25
On3 Industry Rankings: No. 20 safety, No. 208 overall, No. 30 in Florida
Height/Weight: 6-foot-2.5, 200
Key Stats: Had 98 total tackles (71 solo) and one interception over 16 games the past two seasons.
411: Hall’s junior season was cut short with an ankle injury.

Will Griffin, QB, Tampa (Fla.) Jesuit
Commitment date: 6/01/24
On3 Industry Rankings: No. 17 QB, No. 260 overall, No. 38 in Florida
Height/Weight: 6-foot-2.5, 225
Key Stats: Has 9,765 career passing yards with 106 touchdowns and 35 interceptions in high school.
411: Was UF’s first 2026 commitment.

The Florida Gators have commitments from two of the state’s top OLs

Chancellor Campbell, OT, St. Petersburg (Fla.) Lakewood
Commitment date: 6/08/25
On3 Industry Rankings: No. 33 OT, No. 435 overall, No. 64 in Florida
Height/Weight: 6-foot-8.5, 305
Key Stats: 84.25-inch wingspan.
411: Also had offers from Georgia, Ohio State and Penn State among others. Also plays basketball.

G’Nivre Carr, IOL, Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy
Commitment date: 6/01/25
On3 Industry Rankings: No. 40 IOL, No. 474 overall, No. 68 in Florida
Height/Weight: 6-foot-4, 325
Key Stats: 82.50 inch wingspan.
411: Chose the Gators over Tennessee. Additionally, he officially visited Colorado.

Jamir Perez, DL, Cleveland (Ohio) Glenville
Commitment date: 5/18/25
On3 Industry Rankings: No. 60 DL, No. 570 overall, No. 25 in Ohio
Height/Weight: 6-foot-4, 330 pounds
Key Stats: Helped lead his team to an 11-4 record in 2024.
411: Perez is expected to officially visit Ohio State this weekend and the Buckeyes are a major threat to flip him.

Kekua Aumua, TE, Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy
Commitment date: 6/09/25
On3 Industry Rankings: No. 37 TE, No. 680 overall, No. 94 in Florida
Height/Weight: 6-foot-5, 260 pounds.
Key Stats: Aumua helped his former team — Kahuku — win a state championship in Hawaii in 2023.
411: Also officially visited North Carolina.
