The 5 official visitors this weekend most likely to become Florida Gators

The Florida Gators will host nearly 20 official visitors this weekend. On today’s episode of the Gators Online Recruiting Show, Corey Bender and Keith Niebuhr of Gators Online discuss the five most likely to sign with UF when all is said and done. Below are the players Corey selected and a little information about each. Watch the video for more details.

—3-star IOL G’Nivre Carr, Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy: Confidence in Gainesville is high when it comes to the recruitment of this Ocala, Fla., native. This is shaping up to be a Florida-Tennessee battle entering this visit. Can the Gators hold off the Vols and why do we like UF’s chances?

—4-star CB CJ Bronaugh (Nebraska commit), Winter Garden (Fla.) Windermere: The Florida Gators seem to have some momentum entering this weekend’s official visit. Florida State and Penn State also are involved but UF appears to be the program best positioned to flip the speedster from the Orlando area.

—3-star OL Javarii Luckas, Belle Glade (Fla.) Glades Central: Earlier this spring, Luckas named Florida as his No. 1 school. His cousins are former UF running backs backs Fred Taylor and Kelvin Taylor. With those ties to the program, the Gators will be tough to beat. Might they get him into the class soon?

—4-star OT Javeion Cooper (Syracuse commit), Melbourne (Fla.) Central Catholic: Florida is viewed as the school with the best shot of flipping Cooper. There are multiple Florida fans in his family and the Gators seem to be high on him. UF is surging here.

—4-star CB CJ Hester, Cocoa (Fla.): All eyes are on the Florida Gators in this recruitment. They have been named as his No. 1 school multiple times and much of that is due to his relationship with first-year secondary coach Deron Wilson. There is no doubt UF is the team to beat as he approaches the finish line.
