The latest ESPN matchup predictor for the Florida Gators

Things look bleak for the Florida Gators. Coming off a disastrous and effort-lacking performance in a 38-7 loss at Kentucky, UF next faces two ranked opponents in consecutive weeks before wrapping things up at home against arch-rival FSU in Game 12. The ESPN matchup predictor has the Gators winning just one of its final three games to finish 4-8.

The lone remaining victory, it projects, will come over a ‘Noles team that itself isn’t very good. And ESPN’s computers think that game be a tight one.

The ESPN predictor numbers shift throughout the season and are impacted by every result. For now, it’s not liking what UF has done in 2025. But if the Gators can find a way to upset Ole Miss on Saturday in Oxford, Miss., we likely will see a major shift in the next update. However, UF as of Monday morning is a 16.5-point underdog in this game and that spread has jumped three points since Sunday night.
