These are the Florida Gators' captains for the Georgia game

The Florida Gators typically name three captains for every game. But for Saturday’s Cocktail Party vs. No. 5 Georgia, they will have four of them. They are: running back Jadan Baugh, EDGE Tyreak Sapp, center Jake Slaughter and safety Bryce Thornton.
Baugh, a sophomore, leads UF with 611 rushing yards and four touchdowns on 5.2 yards an attempt. He has three 100-yard games this season and is coming off the best game of his Gators career, a 150-yard day in a win over Mississippi State.
Sapp, a senior, has 3.0 tackles for loss and a sack. Slaughter, also a senior, was a first-team Consensus All-American in 2024. Thornton, a junior, is second on the squad in tackles (31) and his four pass breakups lead the Gators.
Baugh and Thornton are Georgia natives.
