Per a UF release, “the double-double vs. FSU was the fifth of his career and his second 20-point double-double (20 points, 11 rebounds vs. Texas Tech; March 29, 2025). The New Oxford, Pa., native has scored double digits in all four games this season. He leads the Gators with 19.0 points per game and is averaging 8.5 rebounds per game.”
For Haugh, who also averages 3.0 assists a game, this was his first SEC player of the Week honor.
Haugh currently ranks seventh in the SEC in scoring, is ninth in rebounds and shoots 50 percent from the field. He has scored in double-figures in each of Florida’s four games, with a high of 27 in an opening-day loss to Arizona.
The Gators, ranked 10th, are 3-1. They play again 7 p.m. ET Friday at home vs. Merrimack.
