The Rivals300 rankings were updated for the class of 2026 on Monday afternoon. The Florida Gators currently sit with 19 verbal commitments to date, but it’s become a challenge to hang on with just under a month left until the December Early Signing Period. With former head coach Billy Napier fired in October, other schools have gone shopping on UF’s commitment list. The remaining Florida staff is fighting with one hand behind their back. With the current coach’s future in question and the program in the middle of a coaching search, it’s become increasingly tough to keep this class together.

Several current Florida commits were included in the updated Rivals300. Gators Online breaks down where they landed in the rankings. You can see the entire Rivals300 rankings HERE.

4-star Florida CB commit CJ Bronaugh

New Ranking: 74
Previous Ranking: 138

Florida commit CJ Bronaugh is now the highest-rated Gators commit in the updated Rivals300. UF flipped his pledge from Nebraska in the summer, but he may have another flip brewing. Ohio State hosted Bronaugh on campus for an official visit this past weekend, and RPM predictions have started rolling in.

4-star Florida Gators OT commit Tyler Chukuyem

New Ranking: 83
Previous Ranking: 83

Despite the Florida Gators not having a head coach in place currently, 4-star OT Tyler Chukuyem continues to say that he’s solid in his verbal pledge. He did take an official visit to North Carolina in October after Napier was fired. However, he’s not visited anywhere else since then. His ranking did not change in the updated Rivals300.

4-star Florida Gators WR commit Davian Groce

New Ranking: 115
Previous Ranking: 55

The Florida Gators were in a strong standing for 4-star WR Davian Groce for most of the year. However, Oklahoma was considered the leader up to the summer. The Gators made a late push ahead of his August commitment date, and it was enough for him to commit to the Orange and Blue. He’s not visited anywhere since Napier’s firing, and the intel as of now suggests that he’s more likely to stick than flip. Florida doesn’t have a coach, though. So he does have some lingering questions that he would like answered. He made a steep drop in the updated rankings.

4-star Florida edge commit Kevin Ford

New Ranking: 145
Previous Ranking: 146

Another current Florida Gators commit on defense who’s been looking around since Napier was dismissed. 4-star edge Kevin Ford visited Texas A&M twice before UF’s coaching change, but the Aggies seemed to be moving slowly with their pursuit. However, Texas A&M has picked up the pace recently. Ford was just in College Station this past weekend, and the RPM is picking up for him to flip to the Aggies.

4-star Florida WR commit Justin Williams

New Ranking: 157
Previous Ranking: 162

4-star wide receiver Justin Williams is a Gainesville native, and couldn’t pass up the chance to commit to the local school. Indiana is still kicking the tires on him, and it was a school that he visited in the summer. He’s said all the right things about his UF commitment since Napier was let go, and appears more likely to stick than flip right now. Williams accounted for over 2500 total yards of offense as a junior, and currently sits at just over 1200 total offensive yards as a senior. He moves up 5 spots in the updated Rivals300.

4-star Florida Gators DL commit Kendall Guervil

New Ranking: 193
Previous Ranking: 170

Florida DL commit Kendall Guervil saw his senior year cut short in week 1 due to an ACL and meniscus tear. It was a crushing blow for the 4-star defender, who hoped to finish his senior year off strongly. With the time missed and others going through their senior season, Guervil dropped in the updated Rivals300. Texas and FSU are still in touch as the Florida Gators go through a coaching change. However, he says that he’s solid in his pledge as of now.

4-star Florida Gators S commit Kaiden Hall

New Ranking: 204
Previous Ranking: 204

4-star S Kaiden Hall didn’t see his ranking change in the updated Rivals300 ranking on Monday. He’s a longtime target for the Florida Gators, who offered him as a sophomore. The Gators lingered around his leaderboard up until he committed to the Orange and Blue in June. Since UF’s coaching change, several schools have kicked the tires on him. Ole Miss hosted Hall for an official visit this past weekend, and Georgia Tech will host him next. His recruitment has become much more contested in recent weeks, but he maintains his commitment to the Gators is solid.

4-star Florida RB commit Carsyn Baker

New Ranking: 218
Previous Ranking: 135

Florida Gators running back commit Carsyn Baker dropped in the updated Rivals300 rankings. During his junior year, Baker ran for 1260 yards and logged 13 touchdowns. This season, there is a more even split of carries between Baker and Wisconsin commit Qwantavius Wiggins. Furthermore, Baker has missed the last several games with a foot injury and has been sidelined from action. He remains committed to Florida as the Gators go through a coaching change, but is keeping his options open. Baker recently took official visits to Kentucky and Ole Miss and is set to see North Carolina and Georgia Tech in the upcoming weekends.
