ESPN Matchup Predictor favors Tennessee, Vegas favors Georgia

The early prognostications for Georgia’s match-up with Tennessee are a bit split. The Bulldogs dropped two spots in the latest Associated Press Poll on Sunday. Georgia is now ranked sixth heading into Knoxville.
The Bulldogs earned a 28-6 win over Austin Peay at home on Saturday. Georgia rolled up 491 yards of offense and held the Governors to 191 total yards on Saturday.
Tennessee has rocketed up the board to No. 15 overall after beginning the season at 24th in the preseason poll. The Volunteers have beaten Syracuse (45-26) and ETSU (72-17) in the first two weeks of the season.
ESPN Matchup Predictor has shifted a bit and now favors the Volunteers ahead of Saturday’s matchup. ESPN’s Predictor gives Tennessee a 51.5% chance of beating Georgia on Saturday in both teams’ SEC opener.
