Four-star WR, long-time Georgia pledge Ryan Mosley announced as signee
Carrollton (Carrolton, Ga.) wideout Ryan Mosley committed to Georgia at the end of May, and his recruitment was drama-free after that. He has now signed with the Bulldogs according to an announcement from the program at 8:21 a.m. ET.
At 6-foot-2, 208 pounds, Mosely is the nation’s No. 223 overall prospect and No. 34 wide receiver according to the Rivals Industry Rankings, a weighted average that includes all three websites that publish recruiting rankings. He’s the No. 24 player in Georgia.
As a junior, Mosley had a breakout season. He caught 55 passes for 848 yards and 12 touchdowns on the year while grabbing one interception on the defensive side of the ball. The four-star prospect has been even more productive as a senior, at least in terms of yards. He has 47 grabs for 855 yards and eight touchdowns on the year. Carrollton will play North Gwinnett on Friday, December 5 in the third round of the GHSA state playoffs.
Despite his commitment to Georgia, South Carolina and Nebraska continued to work toward flipping the Peach State standout. Those efforts proved to be fruitless.

“I’m still heavy on Georgia, Georgia is home right now, so nothing has changed,” Mosley told DawgsHQ. “I’m just listening, but I’m not taking it seriously.”
Mosley is the second wideout to join Georgia’s class as a signee. The first was four-star prospect Craig Dandrige out of Cambridge High School in Milton, Ga. The Bulldogs are also expected to ink four-star speedster Brady Marchese out of Cartersville High School. Playing with and being around other big-time players is a big reason why Mosley chose UGA.
“I love the brand of ball Georgia plays,” Mosley said. “It is an elite coaching staff, they have elite players and everyone makes everyone better at Georgia. Georgia coaches like an NFL team, they compete hard and it is the best in the country. What they do and how they do it is what I want to do on the next level.”
