Game time for Georgia's showdown against Auburn officially set

The where and who for next week has been known for a while for Georgia. The when is now locked in as well.
Georgia will travel to Auburn next weekend, with the kickoff officially set for 7:30 p.m. The Bulldogs defeated Kentucky 35-14. Auburn had a week off but carries a 3-2 record overall and a 0-2 record in the SEC. The game will be broadcast on ABC.

The Bulldogs last traveled to the plains in 2023. First-year starter Carson Beck needed to lead a comeback for Georgia to earn the 27-20 victory.

Auburn is coming off a bye week. Georgia head coach Kirby Smart is already thinking about the challenges his team faces with the Tigers, but also how they can improve.
“Again, worry about everything, but the priority list is our team more than everybody else,” Smart told reporters on Saturday after the game.
