Harris was eventually subplanted by sophomore Demello Jones and redshirt freshman Ellis Robinson IV. Harris has played in 11 games this season. He signed with Georgia as a former four-star recruit out of Gulliver Prep in Miami in the class of 2023. He was the No. 163 overall prospect in the 2023 Rivals Industry Rankings.
He did not play in Friday’s win over Georgia Tech in Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Georgia used Robinson, Jones, and Everette solely in the cornerback rotation.
Georgia will face Alabama for the SEC Championship on Saturday inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
