Georgia has added to the 2026 class with the commitment of four-star linebacker Elijah Littlejohn after his official visit.

The four-star linebacker was committed to Penn State since June 16. The Nitany Lions moved on from head coach James Franklin. That move prompted Littlejohn to open things up in his recruitment.

Georgia became an immediate option. The Bulldogs got Littlejohn on campus three times since Franklin’s departure earlier in the season.

Georgia defensive coordinator Glenn Schumann made a trip to Charlotte to watch Littlejohn in person earlier this season as well.

Littlejohn has always been high on Georgia’s ability to develop players. He was on campus in the spring before he committed to Penn State.

“It was very great seeing the way that they coach, they coached me up,” Littlejohn said following that visit. “They were showing me what I could get better at. I loved it…He has a great personality, honestly. What makes him stand out is that he can coach me up. Everyone can coach me up, but he’s on a different level.”

Littlejohn was first offered as an edge prospect. Late in the spring, Georgia began to view him as an inside linebacker. The Bulldogs wanted to see more film of Littlejohn playing that role in the season and fate lined up.

With Franklin’s firing and Georgia’s loss of four-star linebacker commit Shadarius Toodle, the Bulldogs found their man to pair with four-star Nick Abrams in the 2026 class.
