Georgia football’s full 2026 schedule revealed
The SEC is moving to a nine game league slate in 2026, and it is requiring it’s teams to play at least one power for non-conference game. Now we know exactly what that looks like for the Georgia Bulldogs
The season will start with non-conference games vs Tennessee State and Western Kentucky. Georgia will play the former to start the season on September 5. The latter matchup is set for September 12.
SEC play begins in week three with a trip to Arkansas on September 19. It’s Georgia’s first trip to Fayetteville since 2020, when it opened the season vs. the Razorbacks.
Next up is the SEC home opener vs Oklahoma on September 26, the first time the two teams have played since the Sooners joined the SEC. Georgia and Oklahoma last met in an instant classic in the 2018 Rose Bowl.
Vanderbilt will come to Athens in October 3, followed by a trip to Tuscaloosa on October 10 to take on Alabama. It will be Georgia’s third trip to Tuscaloosa in the past seven seasons. It will also mark a third matchup between the two teams in a 13-month span.
