The second SEC student-athlete availability report for Georgia vs. Ole Miss has been released, and it still looks good for the Bulldogs along the offensive line. There are no changes to Thursdays report as Earnest Greene (back) and Juan Gaston (ankle) remain “probable” for the showdown with the Rebels. Monroe Freeling (ankle) is not listed at all.

True freshmen wideouts Talyn Taylor (collarbone) and Thomas Blackshear (undisclosed), true freshman tight end Ethan Barbour (ankle), redshirt freshman center Malachi Toliver (undisclosed), and redshirt sophomore safety Kyron Jones (foot) are all out for the contest. Jones was ruled out in Wednesday’s report, and Georgia released a statement that he would miss an indefinite amount of time.

Greene hasn’t played since week three of the 2025 season when he got the start against Tennessee. He was unable to finish that game. He also started the season opener against Marshall and played 19 plays (two offensive series) before exiting.

The California native has made 25 starts in his Georgia career, 23 of which have been at left tackle. He suffered a shoulder injury last season that caused him to miss three regular-season games. He returned for the post-season, playing in both the SEC Championship game and the Bulldogs’ Sugar Bowl loss to Notre Dame.

Gaston has been on and off the injury report since week one. The true freshman started the season opener at right guard, but he, too, played just two series and 19 plays before suffering relatively minor knee and ankle injuries. Gaston sat the next week but played right guard at Tennessee.

While he wasn’t able to finish the Tennessee game, Gaston played in each of the next two weeks vs. Alabama and Kentucky. He got his first start at right tackle against Auburn, but failed to finish that game after playing roughly 75 percent of Georgia’s offensive snaps.

Kirby Smart told reporters on Monday that Gaston re-injured his ankle. He was in and out of the injury tent as Georgia staged a second-half comeback and beat the Tigers 20-10, its ninth straight win in The Deep South’s Oldest Rivalry.

Freeling was questionable going into that Auburn game with an ankle injury he suffered vs. Kentucky. All three SEC availability reports leading up to game day listed him as questionable. Georgia labeled Freeling as a game-time decision 90 minutes before kickoff. While he did not start, he went on to play 65 of 74 snaps at left tackle and earned SEC Offensive Lineman of the Week honors.
