Georgia lands pledge of 2027 OL Kyson Mallard

Georgia has added a commit to its 2027 commit list in 2027 interior offensive lineman Kyson Mallard, according to Jed May of UGA Sports.

Mallard is in Athens for Georgia’s match-up with Alabama on Saturday night. The Bulldogs beat out programs like Florida and Florida State to land the pledge of Mallard.

Mallard is a 6-foot-5, 310-pound offensive lineman from Albany. He plays for Westover High School. Mallard is the third player to commit to the Bulldogs in the class of 2027. He joins cornerback Donte Wright and wide receiver Gavin Honore.

Mallard is currently out for the season with a torn ACL.
